The provider, hereafter, hereafter DEFEX,S.A, S.A. who, who is responsible for the website, makes this document available to users, which seeks to fulfill the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, of Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users regarding the conditions of use of this website.

Everyone who accesses this website assumes the role of a user, committing themselves to the observation and rigorous fulfillment of the regulations set out here, as well as any other implemented/applicable legal regulations.

The provider reserves the right to modify any of the information that appears, or may appear, on this website, without there being any obligation to pre-warn or make the users of the previously mentioned obligations aware of any change, as publication on the website of the provider will be considered sufficient.

Responsibility

The provider is exempted from any type of responsibility derived from the information published on its website whenever this information has been manipulated or introduced by a foreign third party.
